Important information

The Yellow Boat Cruise would like to draw your attention to the following information;

Children’s ages and safety

All passengers – including children – must occupy a seat, so children over the age of two must have their own boarding card. Children under the age of two are welcome aboard, but only by prior arrangement. They must sit on an adult’s lap and be booked on the tour, as we can only accommodate a maximum of two children when all seats are occupied. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult; small fold-up pushchairs may be carried on to the boat.

Disabled passengers

We are not able to carry wheelchairs on board because of the design of the boat. However, we will do everything we can to accommodate disabled passengers – please ask before you travel, as a carer may be required for safety reasons. We can look after wheelchairs for passengers during their tour.
