Information for booking The Yellow Duck Marine with your Gift Voucher

Our tours depart daily all year round from 10:30am/11:00am from the Albert Dock, during very quiet times we run every 75 minutes and during busy times every 15 to 30 minutes.

We advise you book your tour in advance to guarantee your seat by calling 0151 708 7799.

Seats are only guaranteed if you reserve beforehand.

You will then need to bring your Gift Voucher with you on the day to exchange for your boarding cards 15 minutes prior to your tour departure time from our ticket office in Anchor Courtyard between Atlantic and Britannia Pavilions, which is off Gower Street. From the Kings Dock Arena multi-storey car park it is across the bridge and to the right.

You will need to be ready to board the Duck 10 minutes prior to your departure time as the tours do leave on time.

Peak times are Bank Holidays inc Bank Holiday weekends and School Holidays from March to September. Your Gift Voucher will state whether you have an off peak or peak time voucher. If you cannot see this on your Gift Voucher please ring our office and we will be able to help you.
When booking we will request your Gift Voucher number, your Gift Voucher will only be valid for the tour you book on. We cannot give refunds or reschedule your tour if you cannot make or miss the tour you are booked on.

Nearest public toilet facilities are a good 15 minute round trip for an able bodied person.

There are 6 steep steps to get on and off the vehicle.

Prams and pushchairs cannot be taken on the vehicle but we can look after them in the ticket office. There isn't any access for wheelchairs but we can look after them also as long as the person can get up the steps by themselves.

The Ducks are over 60 years old and there may be times when they become unserviceable at short notice. In this circumstance we will offer a full refund or reschedule your tour provided seats are available on another tour.
We can only run tours until dusk so in the winter the tours will finish earlier.
