Operating Hours

Tours depart approximately every hour, 7 days a week from 10.30am.

Tickets

Tickets are sold from our shop in The Anchor Courtyard (between The Atlantic and Britannia Pavilions).

Tickets may be purchased up to 2 weeks in advance either from the ticket office or by telephone on 0151 708 7799 using a debit or credit card to ensure the tour of your choice. Tickets are sold based on availability for specific tour times, are non-refundable and can not be exchanged. Groups of 10 or more may be booked further in advance. Tickets need to be collected from the ticket office 15 minutes prior to your tour.

We accept cash, cheques and credit and debit cards other than Amex.

Groups

We welcome group bookings for 10 or more and give a 10% discount on Adult, Child and Concession prices, (not Family Ticket which is already discounted).

A DUCK can be hired for exclusive charter, contact us for further details.

Each DUCK seats 30, (2 DUCKS available).

Children’s Ages and Safety

In order to comply with safety legislation, all passengers including children must occupy a seat. Therefore children over 2 years must be paid for and have a Boarding Card. We will carry babes in arms and children under 2 years by arrangement but they must have a Boarding Card issued from the Ticket Office.

Disabled Passengers

Due to the age and design of our vehicles we are at present unable to carry wheelchairs. However we will do all we can to carry and accommodate all other disabled passengers. For safety reasons a carer may be required to travel. Please enquire regarding individual circumstances before travelling.

Tour Route

Our standard tour is outlined on our Route Map. The route may have to be varied due to circumstances beyond our control.

Historic Vehicles

Our vehicles have been completely re-built and updated to incorporate the latest safety features and equipment, but are still based on the original 1940’s chassis, body and mechanical components. There may be occasions when at short notice unservicability prevents a tour from taking place. In this circumstance we will offer a full refund or to re-schedule your tour provided seats are still available on an alternative tour that suits you.
